The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is set to begin with a dazzling opening ceremony today at the historic Diwan-e-Aam of Lahore Fort. The star-studded event will feature a live performance by renowned singer Atif Aslam, who will unveil the tournament’s official anthem, creating an electrifying atmosphere for cricket fans worldwide.

As the tournament kicks off on February 19, fans will be treated to 19 days of intense cricket action, with teams battling for ultimate glory. The opening ceremony will also host a special panel discussion featuring cricket legends, offering expert insights and excitement ahead of the tournament.

Gaddafi Stadium’s Grand Renovation

Just days before the tournament, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif officially inaugurated the newly renovated Gaddafi Stadium, marking a major milestone in its 65-year history. The venue is set to host crucial matches, including a semi-final and the final, unless India qualifies, in which case the final will be played in Dubai under the hybrid model.
