India’s U-19 Women Clinch Second Consecutive ICC T20 World Cup Title

India’s U-19 women’s team delivered a dominant performance to defeat South Africa and lift their second consecutive ICC Women’s U-19 T20 World Cup title at Bayuemas Oval on Sunday.

The star of the match was Gongadi Trisha, who played a match-winning all-round role, taking 3/15 with the ball before scoring an unbeaten 44 runs to guide India to a comfortable victory.

Opting to bat first, South Africa faced a disciplined Indian bowling attack and managed to score only 82 runs in 20 overs.
